Kubota's G2160 and
G2460G are new heavy duty garden tractors with suspended mid-mount mowers that
combine performance, power, and maneuverability in a compact size. Easy on your
budget, but equipped with features that actually make your work enjoyable, these
tractors have been designed and manufactured to give you years of reliable
service. The new G2160 and G2460G incorporate the attention to quality and value
you expect from a Kubota.
Choose the G2160 equipped with the 21 horsepower liquid-cooled 3-cylinder E-TVCS Kubota diesel engine or the G2460G that has a 24 horsepower 3-cylinder Kubota gas engine. Both the G2160 and the G2460G have a heavy duty shaft driven mid-mount mower, hydraulic implement lift and a full suspension seat that allows you to complete any task in comfort.
Equip the G2160 or G2460G with a heavy duty 10 gauge steel 54" side discharge mower, or heavy duty 9 gauge steel 60" side discharge mower. These rugged, low-noise mowers use Kubota's durable multi-belt system with big double pressed steel pulleys designed for maximum life. The 60" mower features a self-balancing mechanism that provides a finely manicured lawn, even in sloped areas. A 9.75 bushel, twin bag, rear grass catcher is available for grass and leaf collection.
Or choose the G2160-R48S "Direct Shoot Mower" The heavy duty 10 gauge steel, 48" low-noise , rear discharge mower is designed to handle a high volume of grass. Kubota's counter rotating three blade design allows the Direct Shoot Mower to cut and channel grass directly into the integrated 14 bushel grass catcher. The Direct Shoot System is more efficient than typical side discharge mowers with blowers. The Direct Shoot mower requires no blower, so all engine horsepower can be dedicated to cutting and maneuvering. With no side discharge the Direct Shoot allows trimming on both the right and left side of the mower to improve performance in trimming around trees or along sidewalks and curbs.
In addition to their heavy duty mowing capabilities, the versatile G2160 and G2460G can be equipped for year round multi-tasking, with front blade, snow blower, rotary sweeper, grass catcher, and rear rotary tiller.
